I find that if I spend enough time outside I learn about life, spring, summer, fall, and winter. I also learn to connect with the energy in nature and see the amazing beauty of nature.  Little birds singing, my little dog just sat and watched a little bird sing without taking his eyes off the bird until it flew away.  Then he looked at me as if to say WOW! I was filled with such awe. My cat and dog communicate with each other.  The cat will get things for the dog off of counters.  They are very funny to watch.  I planted grass so that I could walk without shoes and feel the energy.  I love the smell of the earth, ocean, air, wind.  The feeling of the sun on my face.  I think I like to feel.  I believe love is the most important gift we can give. OBJECTIVE: The aim of this review was to establish whether there is evidence for or against the efficacy of static magnets to produce analgesia. METHODS: A systematic literature review was undertaken of studies that compared the use of static magnets with an appropriate control for the treatment of pain. Study methods, their quality, and outcome were also reviewed. RESULTS: Overall, 13 of the 21 studies reported a significant analgesic effect due to static magnets. Of the 18 better quality studies with 3 points or more on the quality assessment, 11 were positive and six were negative, and in one there was a non-significant trend towards a positive analgesic effect. In two of the negative studies, there are concerns over adequacy of magnet power for the type of pain, and in the other study of duration of exposure to the magnetic field. If these two studies are excluded on the grounds of inadequate treatment, then 11 out of 15 (73.3%) of the better quality studies demonstrated a positive effect of static magnets in achieving analgesia across a broad range of different types of pain (neuropathic, inflammatory, musculoskeletal, fibromyalgic, rheumatic, and postsurgical). CONCLUSIONS: The weight of evidence from published, well-conducted controlled trials suggests that static magnetic fields are able to induce analgesia.

What I like about this study is that it suggests that weaker and stronger magnets have different effects on pain management.  I have noticed that the stronger gauss, the measurement of strength, has a bearing on how well the magnet will work.  I have friends who after sleeping on a magnetic bed will notice a great deal of pain relief after one to two weeks of sleeping on it.  It seems to work well on fibromyalgia, as well as the others listed above.  Also what I like is the longer a person is on the mattress the better they sleep and feel.  I always suggest that people stay on the product for a least three months and if unsure as to whether it is helping go off of the product for up to three days and the difference will become very apparent.  Another thing is that using magnets,  the body is healing and energy is up and a feeling of well being is increased.  If you have question I will be glad to email you or talk to you.

Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins :
1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.
2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person’s lifetime.
3 When the person’s immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.
5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.
6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.
7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

CANCER CELLS FEED ON:
a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or Molasses but only in very small amounts. Agave is also good. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg’s aminos or sea salt.
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened Organic soy milk, rice milk or almond milk cancer cells are being starved.
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.
d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or Filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.
13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body’s killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.
14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the bodies own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don’t freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.. Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Cast le Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food you get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn’t bad but you don’t know what is in the paper. It’s just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons. Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

It was Four Thousand Years ago  when it is believed that magnets were first noticed.  A goat herder noticed that plants were healthier and that the goats hung around the magnetic rock. So they wanted to see just what it could do for themselves.  It is believed that  the first place magnets were found was Egypt.  It was not long before India, China, Japan and other eastern countries were using magnets to heal with success.  I believe the Collective Intelligence showed all these countries where to find magnetic rocks so that they could be used to heal.  They noticed that magnets made them feel better and stay healthier or get healthy if they became sick.

What amazes me is that after all the  years of use, all the people who have been helped to feel less pain and have more energy, the scientific community doesn’t acknowledge 4000 years of research and all the people who know. Their work counts for nothing.  Money, I believe that is what it is all about.  Power of the medical profession over prescription drugs and the money they can make. I’m sure they do so much less research than what they say and only 20% of the cost of producing the drugs goes into research.  The side affects that come with prescription drugs is mind boggling and yet we still die from them and knock alternative products that could really do good.  I wonder what happened to DO NO HARM.

Please help me help people heal themselves.  Do you realize that when we go to the washroom what comes out of us goes into the ground and into the waterways and pollutes.  People are getting sicker because of pollution, fish are dying and it is getting worse not better and we do have alternatives that could make a huge difference.  World pollution could be lessened and people healthier. Now I also have had wonderful, respect filled relationships with doctors who do not give me prescriptions every time I go to see them.  I had to search out this kind of Doctor and ask questions, stating that I take natural remedies to heal myself and I may need their help in identifying my problem.  Is he or she the type of Doctor I can work with or should I keep looking?  I have found a Doctor I can work with and sometimes when I tell him what I take or do he looks at me in amazement but does not try to change my mind.

I was in a accident last year, it caused me much trouble and my Doctor and I discussed what he wanted me to do and why,  because I ‘ve had him as my Doctor for about 5 years I was able to take his advice, when he felt I needed a prescription.  There are very good Doctors out there you just need to find one that will work with you.

In North America we need to become more Prevention aware and learn how to prevent ourselves from getting sick instead of getting sick and then fixing the sickness.  One reason is cost, another is our own feeling of well being when we stay healthy.

There are little things we can do, eat correctly, (get up from table before full) eat vegetables, take vitamins, eat yogurt, read and learn what we should NOT put into our mouths.  Get away from process foods.  Use natural cleansers for cleaning.  Drink alkaline water.  When in doubt pick natural not man made.  There are many more things but this is a great start.  Read, learn, listen, open your mind to a different way of being.  It is exciting and the excitement will help you stay healthy.  Exercise even for 10 min. will make a difference.

In North America it feels to me as if we work on parts of ourselves not the whole.  There are other countries that realize one part cannot be healed without healing the others.

I believe there are love, gratitude, forgiveness, passion and allowing.  Love is the most important.  We need to love others as we love ourselves.  We cannot love ourselves without loving others and we cannot love others without loving ourselves.  By loving ourselves we realize we are all the same and are able to see ourselves in others.

Forgiveness is love in action. How often have you been much nicer to friends than to yourselves.  We need to forgive ourselves and forgive others.  No guilt no blame just what is is. I was taught to see the beauty in myself.  That was not easy for me to see.  I needed my friends and family to help me see who I am.  Forgiving everything and every body; what a lesson in love.

Gratitude and thankfulness, yes seeing all the little things to be thankful for showed me the greatness in life and the joy.  Passion; I am such a passionate person and to give my self permission to feel passion and joy  has opened me up to be able to receive love, forgiveness, gratitude, worthiness, and to want to give.

As I read this I realize part of this is my soul and part of it mind.  With love and gratitude I am able to watch my attitude and choose the way I want to feel and behave.  One of the greatest things for me was learning to stay out of judgment.  For me the joy of being without judgment gives me the opportunity to learn other ways of being and to change my mind and see another way of doing things.  For me there are so many opportunities.  I am more open.  I allow people into my life.  I love to learn, do different things and try ways that at one time would have been fearful to me.
